What is a 45 seconds timer?
The Timerdial 45 seconds timer is a full countdown already set to 45 seconds: press start and it rings, keeps the screen awake, and shows the time left in the tab title. Forty-five seconds is the work phase of the most common gym circuit — forty-five on, fifteen off, which fits eight exercises into eight minutes. It is long enough for form to matter and short enough to finish.
